Traditionally known for its astringent properties and its sharp, minty, wintergreen-like scent.

MyND’s 100% pure Sweet Birch essential oil.

Dilute with any carrier oil and massage into tight, tired muscles. May also be blended with witch hazel for a facial toner.

Use in a diffuser, inhaler, or dilute in a carrier oil for topical application.

For external use only. Do not use undiluted. As with all essential oils, never use them undiluted, in eyes or mucus membranes.
