Traditionally, it has been used to improve mood and boost cognitive function, but the potential benefits are far greater and may help relieve stress and reduce anxiety. Help with sleeping problems. It may ease insomnia and other sleep disorders. It may help treat cold sores, relieve indigestion, nausea, minimize menstrual cramps, ease headaches, and lessen toothache pain

For Adults:
Suggested Use:

Add 30 drops of extract to a small amount of water 3 to 4 times daily between meals.

For Kids:
Suggested Use: Add drops to 2oz of water or juice. 2 to 5 times per day.
25-49lbs: 5 Drops
50-74lbs: 10 Drops
75-99lbs: 15 drops
100+lbs: 20 drops
